I would like to draw your attention to a new resource I have developed for Collections at the University of Toronto libraries. This Electronic Archive is called the "Project for the Study of Dissidence and Samizdat." It can be found here:

The Electronic Archive has been created with the involvement of an international Board of Editors made up of specialists in the field. It includes digitized full copies of a selection of "Samizdat Journals," in addition to the comprehensive Database of "Soviet Samizdat Periodicals," which contains information on the location of archived copies. The Electronic Archive also features illustrated "Timelines" of Rights Activism and the Jewish Movement in the Soviet Union, as well as a section for "Interviews with Activists" that is scheduled for expansion in the near future. Comments and inquiries are welcome.
